    In windows os there are 2 notification settings, one is under common window settings, please make sure to allow browser notifications in common window settings and another setting is directly from browser which can be managed by plugin

    Are you using windows os or mac os? or mobile browser?

    It is also not working on my Chrome browser in Mobile. Can you please check if it is working on yours?
    or, do I have to do some customization to make it work on my chrome browser on mobile?

    I am using Windows OS.
    And I’m also on Android phone.

    It is working in my chrome browser(Android). Attached is screenshot, As i said above please check your windows action center notification settings.
    mobile push chrome
    In IOS (iphone) chrome it will not work it requires mobile app to connect with this plugin because it apple requires certificate that is possible only by creating separate mobile app with webview to connect with this plugin using api.
    For android it will work.

Push notification permission blocked in browser settings. Reset the notification settings for website/PWA
